TIC typically works on 2 large capital projects during the spring & summer months. This allows our clients to have our complete attention. No client will ever feel as though they are nothing more than a number or part of a company goal.
TIC believes how we present a job is just as important as the details of how we install products. Most of the residents cannot tell you how to install flashing or a roof shingle, so maintaining an orderly site is often what a contractor is judged on. We take pride in how our staff presents themselves at all time. Staff will be wearing company shirts/sweatshirts, vehicles are parked in assigned spots, materials are neatly stored, equipment is put away at days end and the site is left neat and organized. We avoid yelling, inappropriate language and all other actions that can diminish the resident’s comfort. Safety is also extremely important to us.
Every TIC capital project starts with an on site meeting with some of the manufacturers representatives. We have installed a diverse array of building products many times, but your project is the first time we have installed some of these products on your home. We want to be sure the companies will back the products on your home and approve of all the details of how their products are to be installed on your home.
David Isenberg usually performs all pre-& post construction unit inspections. This allows David a chance to introduce himself to the residents and address concerns residents often have.
One thing that makes TIC unique, is we donate a significant amount annually to multiple animal causes. Ask us about the causes we have supported if interested.
