President & Owner

David was a Condominium Manager for over 25 years, including 11 years as The Isenberg Company. David held the Professional Community Association Manager designation and was The CAI New England, 2002 Property Manager of the Year. David works with all staff to ensure all aspects of the company are working in unison and is an integral part of project management for every job performed.

Business Manager

Ryann has an extensive background in management and finance in the service industries for over 20 years with the last 8 years specializing in construction. She is the go to person for all financial, customer service and Human Resource needs at The Isenberg Company.

Albino Lopez

Lead Project Manager

Albino has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has worked almost exclusively with condominiums. He holds his Construction Supervisors Licenses and oversees all aspects of all our projects, working with labor, suppliers and clients in the field.
